North Star Contracting - Rough Cleaning
North Star Contracting, along with steel and wood framing expertise can also provide rough clean scope requirements as an addition to any contract with experienced supervision and labor.
Rough Clean includes but is not limited to:
North Star will provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, licenses, and insurance for the turn-key "Trash clean-up and Haul-off" of all debris at the project.
The stages of clean up are as follows:
Remove all debris from job-site and sweep floors before stocking of drywall.
Remove all debris from job-site and sweep floors before insulation.
Remove all debris from job-site and sweep floors after 1st trim or before paint.
Remove all debris from job-site and sweep floors before carpet installation.
Remove all debris from job-site and sweep units after the carpet and all appliances have been installed; also, remove all debris and sweep all patios and breezeways.
Remove all framing and roofing materials, boxes, paint buckets, for material, and miscellaneous trash from the exterior of buildings.
Sheetrock cleaning is an addition for labor & containers
Washing parking lot is included in this contract.
All costs of haul off of debris and includes any necessary dumpster or truck rental and dump fees.
All trash excluding drywall is a part of our proposal. This includes final debris in dirt or rock from irrigation, removal of silt fence and other erosion controls temporary in nature when requested. Containers are to be provided for lunch/break trash from all subcontractors.
Jobsite is to be kept clean to provide a higher quality product and a safe working environment.
